Description

A delicious, healthy and easy to make saviour breakfast. Broccoli- Rich in Vitamin K and C, folate that strengthens immune system, maintains healthy heart and detoxifies the body. Corn- Good source of vitamin B12, folic acid and iron that helps in formation of haemoglobin, lowers sugar and cholesterol levels. Oregano- High in antioxidants that decreases inflammation.

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil


  • 1 small Broccoli (boiled)


  • 2 cup Macroni


  • 1 medium tomato


  • 1/4 cup Boiled corn


  • 1 small onion


  • 1 tsp salt (as per taste)


  • 1/4 teaspoon Oregano

Directions

  • Firstly, chop all the vegetables and keep it aside.
  • Now, boil macroni in a open bowl on medium flame until soft.
  • Take a pan and heat oil on a medium flame. Now, add chopped onions and tomato, boiled broccoli and corn, salt as required and saute the vegetables for about4-7 minutes.
  • Add boiled macroni to the cooked vegetables in the pan.
  • Stir well for 5 minutes. Trnasfer the macroni to a bowl and garnish with oregano. Serve hot with green chutney or mayonnaise.
  • Health Tip- Add seasonal vegetables to enhance the nutrtional factor.
